Bring Your Bike When Riding The Bus

Bike racks are on the front of each bus and hold two bikes. They may be used free of charge by any passenger.

When loading or unloading a bike:

  • Watch for traffic.
  • Make sure the driver can see you.
  • Secure any loose items on the bike.

To use, squeeze the handle to lower the rack and place the bike in the slot closest to the bus. Secure the bike by raising the support arm to the top of the bike’s front tire.

Passengers, when departing the bus, remind the driver you need to retrieve your bike. Remove and lower the support arm and lift your bike out of the rack. Please put the bike rack back to its upright position if no one else is using the rack.
